Using the evidence from my own eyes, he is anything but arrogant. Coming over to fans afer a victory where he is being idolised by the fans, there is nothing from him except pointing to the players, saying "it is them, not me".
No punching of the air in rhythm with fans' cheers, no ego, nothing.

Who are they, what are their roles and what are their credentials? Are they new in position or have they been there pre Cifuentes? Is it even they plural or just one person?
It could be accurate or it could be one employee unhappy because he/she has been told to do their job differently and/or better. Who knows. Either way, does it help the team having this stuff in the public domain where it will quickly become something else whether it was originally true or not? |  |

The people who work inside the club say he is anything but.
Only people who might moan about him and his team are the ones who have had their noses put out of joint by the level of professionalism placed by MC and his team who now have to do a days work to any sort of standard .
The fact that Noury is controlling the narrative again suggests MC NOT is the arrogant one.
