Anyone else having trouble with the new recycling bins the council have provided?

No. We’re ok. But I bet things will change for the worse one day.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

What’s everyone’s favourite plant-based milk alternative?

Fascinating, the pro's and con's of a full-blown colonoscopy or the Cologuard shit in a box alternative.

I feel your pain, Numpty. I’m in a similar quandary. Should I invest in a 5-blade safety razor, knowing full well that it can only be a matter of time before a 6-blade one is introduced.

I’m intrigued, Loftboy. Care to elaborate?

I’m away on holiday this week so missed the first weeks fun, apparently people put their new green lidded bin out, passers by then put stuff in that meant the collectors refused to take it, there’s a verbal outrage going on on the Lowestoft Facebook pages.

If it’s any consolation it’s all ‘Foxes Breaking Into Food Waste Bins’ down here in Southwark. Oh, and Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs), of course.

Not a clue how they get the milk out though, because i've never seen one with a set of tits.

Believe it or not, there is a yeast museum in Norwich.

That reminds me that I have long been planning a dullest days out thread.

To wit, there is a - yawn - chair making museum in High Wycombe. Aphrodite's Pool in Cyprus is another contender, it's a trickle of water into a small pond. I stayed at a hotel just down the road from it a couple of times and really felt for the tourists who had spent over an driving over from Paphos to see that .

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

That reminds me of the Tetrapod Trackway on Valentia Island in Kerry. On one level, it’s extraordinary - apparently the oldest sign of animal life on land anywhere in the world, fossilised amphibian footprints from 3.6bn years ago, uncovered on a tiny remote beach, an event properly immortalised in a Guinness ad.

In reality you drive down a short but steep and twisting gravel road to see a cast of the original, about six duck footprints in wet cement. Probably gets at most about 50 visitors a day.

The Tetrapod Trackway is about two miles from the remains of the fake pub Guinness created for this ad.

I thought the same about oat milk. Now stoat milk, I’d give that a go.

Just prised a sheet of ice 18 inches by 6 inches by 1 inch thick out the back of the freezer. What’s your record?

Of course. You can explore some vintage shitters at the Pottery Museum in Hanley.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?
