No, not having that.
An owner that wants to have an influence further up the chain. Cant blame him. He has been here 18 years and we seem to have completely stagnated. Most fans are resigned to 16th every season. We get occasional moments of hope, but we always revert to type.
He was influential in his earlier years and helped us disappearing into oblivion. Good luck to him, I say. And thanks for being here for so many years and trying your best. |  |

Having met Amit back in 2011 when we played in the same team managed by Mr Warnock in a charity match at HQ he came across as a very humble individual who had gotten bitten by the same bug as the rest of us. Was also sitting a few rows in front of me with some friends at the League Cup tie at ManUre when Ainsworth took temporary charge in 2008.
But for Ecclestone point blank refusing to sell to Mattel in 2011 which if that had happened I suspect that the course of QPR in the subsequent decade and a half would not have been dominated by 16th place in the championship with a few mercenaries thrown into the equation.
I’m 100% certain that even if he manages to buy a bit of Liverpool that this would be nothing more than a business transaction but his heart would still remain blue and white hooped. | |

Maybe true,but many of us QPR fans have bitter me tries of Liverpool and are disappointed that HD has chosen that club to invest in. Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brighton,even Leeds might have been easier to take. | | | |
