I think with Warburton he did a very good job with Brentford. Glasgow Rangers wasnt great and I believe there was a falling out with certain people. Forest didnt go great either.
Having said that numerous managers have failed at those clubs so id suggest notvall his own fault. |  | | |

Kept Middlesbrough at mid table premier league or better for five seasons running, won them their only major trophy and got them to a European final for Christ sakes! I'm sure Boro fans would kill for failure like that these days.
One of only four English coaches to ever win a foreign league and as Queensparker says doing it with an unfashionable club and not one of the big 3 in Holland. Only the third time one of the big 3 hadn't won it in 45 years.
Had a win percentage of 54% in his first Derby spell and probably should have been promoted the year we were.Even in his 'unsuccessful' second spell he was sacked with them 10th in the table with a 44% win percentage and third fewest goals conceded behind eventually promoted Newcastle and Brighton. In his second spell they didn't score enough to win enough games although they were solid defensively.
Yes he's had hits and misses but so do all managers not in the very top bracket. I conclude therefore that you are talking out of your arse. [Post edited 12 May 2018 20:53]
