Wigan the latest to suffer on QPR's Field of dreams - Report 23rd Oct 2022 22:00
By no means a polished performance, and plenty of good fortune mixed into the recipe, but it's another win for table-topping QPR as Wigan Athletic eventually crack at Loftus Road. 9

Great report Clive.

I agree with your MoM. I call Balogun "Rolls Royce" . What a signing!

Agreed re Balogun - could be on the levels of Hill/Derry importance come the end of the season.

No doubt there is something in the air, my Misses came to the match and said she'd hadn't seen the concourses and downstairs in the lower loft that busy ever, was absolutly packed.

If the country could mange to run a train to an away game every now and then we could be in for a fun season

Great review and really encapsulated the feeling after the past week.

was watching on my phone, in Amsterdam, with a Villa mate who isn't at all surprised at our rise and their decline since Beale switched in the summer.

these horrible wins are the ones that really count at the end of the day.

Two home wins in a week in the safe standing section mean I to give a presentation at work this morning sounding like I'd been eating sandpaper all weekend

Thanks Clive. Great report.

You have a remarkable ability to put into words what most QPR supporters feel, even the gallows humour - Bruce incoming, if Beale left for Wolves.

Like most I was impressed by Wigan and good luck to them for the rest of the season, except when we play them at the DW.

Thought we really missed Johansen, when he went off. Let's hope he is fit again soon.

Ryan Nelsen also springs to mind. I'll admit I was sceptical of the Balogun signing but he's been brilliant and, if he can stay fit for most of the season, will be hugely inflluential not just with how he plays but also his leadership.

I have it on good authority that Bruce was looking to bring in Tim Sherwood as his number two.

Cheeky trip to ADE perchance?

"QPR don’t do cake, they prefer flan."

So true. Let's hope this team can go all the way and put the icing on the flan.

Brilliant work as usual but I feel the QPR players are just mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted after the last week. The final whistle was not a huge celebration but relief and now they can re-charge for the next brutal stretch.
For anybody who has suffered the agony of kidney stones size does not matter as I can attest to having passed 2 that had to be seen under a microscope while I felt they were golf balls .
Only 5 more to go apparantly
