Oh my word. All the class from the much maligned Nathan Redmond!

I wholly disapprove of what you say and will defend to the death your right to say it.

I am not sure what Redmond brings to us? He looks worse every game

Djenepo and Redmond have been incredible today.

An absolute classic from 22

To be fair Redmond has been absolute garbage. The fact he scores against a Championship team maybe says it all.

Absolutely hammered Redmond this season

However that goal has eased my negativity against him

More of the same please, is that too much to ask

We can't screw this up now surely.........can we?

Well, for most of the half he did not do much but when he did, he made the difference. Great assist and great goal Redmond.

Redmond has been superb so far: a class above everybody in the Bornemouth team. I wouldn't be surprised to se him score again.

He's up for it, just wish he'd turn it on like that against better opposition

I think that is exactly it, against PL quality defenders, his confidence wavers and he delays too long, usually ending up with back passes. But he is doing well, despite some early mistakes, and i hope this kick starts him on a run in the PL.

Absolute farce again from VAR, it was a clear offside after the first run through, how it could take so many checks to confirm the bleeding obvious I cannot fathom.

At least we know that if we go down Redmond can cut it in the Championship. lol

And he does. How about a hat-trick?

I'm just really surprised that goals 1, 2 and 3 weren't ruled out by VAR.

Please let’s take this into the remaining PL games
If Redmond learns anything it’s that if you attack defenders and run at them opportunities arise and maybe he will stop going backwards

And that’s the frustrating thing about him. A couple of years ago he was excellent & there’s still a decent player in there. Why he doesn’t show it more often is beyond me.

I think it just highlights the gulf between the two divisions. Money in football is obscene and you largely get what you pay for. Also Jack Wilshire being eulogized by commentators on ESPN out here but must be the most over hyped player in history.

I know it's the FA Cup... and I know it's a very decent Championship side away that we're playing... but if ever there was a game for the players to show the fans & especially the boss that they're all behind him - then this is it.

Even Ralph is making subs correctly!

A good move taking the CBs off, both on yellows. It will give Salisu and Stephens a chance to play together, which would never normally happen in the PL

It's been a very solid, professional performance - run by Armstrong. Great subs too.

Completely agree Gennaro. First time for a very long time that I have been able to watch a game without my head buried in my hands in despair (Sheff U may have been the same but I did not see that). We have managed the game well today.

Superb performance, loads of positives that we can hopefully take into the league. Only thing missing was that cuunt Surridge getting headbutted into the land of wind and ghosts

Yep a very decent player is our Armstrong. Love players like him and Davis, fairly cheap and simply solid.

Well done Ralph and Saints.

Ready and waiting to mop up those European places......
