All of those are possibles. Carrick or Gerrard would be good choices I think. Both experienced as players and managers at this level and above with something to prove. Both quite big names who the players would respect. Slightly prefer Carrick I think, as he would probabaly stick around longer. Ralph, love his passion and remember the good times fondly.
