Just had an email from the club telling us that jack army membership next year will increase to £22.50.
What a rip off, an increase of 125 % whats the justification for this? All you are paying for is the right to purchase a ticket. In my mind a one off fee of £10 to cover admin costs on setting up your account should be sufficient for membership to the scheme. There should be no need to pay a yearly renewal and the increase this year is taking the mickey out of our terrific away support. |  |

Why should season ticket holders pay less than non season holders?
Some go to every away game and fork out more to follow the swans in a season than those who only attend home games.
Are the club that short of money that they have to take £22.50 off someone just for the right to buy a ticket? | |

If you want to sit with mates etc and buy together then it's best all are JA members. It's crazy IMO, £449 should be enough to get some degree of membership. |  |

I seem to remember paying around the £20 mark for my non-ST membership last year so a small increase isn't too bad. I'd say it's worth it as well as it actually allows me to get to games, not really that much in the grand scheme of things. |  | | |

I live in London and my experience has been the same as epaul.
I didn't get JackArmy membership this season, but was able to get to every away match that I wanted to go to, including against Man City.
Someone said on Planet Swans that Jack Army membership was most useful for getting into home matches rather than away matches, which I've been mostly unable to get tickets for without JA membership.

If I remember correctly it was always £25 plus admin. Last year it went down to £22.50 plus admin to make it £25.00 all in. That is online though. I suspect that if you go to the ticket office you won't have to pay the booking fee. In conclusion nothing has changed from last year it seems.... And tickets weren't that hard to get hold of away and easy to get hold of at home if a jackarmy memeber. |  | | |
