Fazer 6 S2 on a 58 plate 10k miles, thought seriously about a few CB 1000 etc but came really close to taking out a Tracer MT09 on a PCP deal, but then I saw the above which is what I had been looking for, but there were none locally with reasonable miles and good condition, makes more sense to buy an older back for reasonable money than either dishing out big bucks or spending 120 quid a month on a bike that wouldn't see the use to warrant that kind of outlay.

Oh nice. I'd love a CBR myself, but i just don't trust other road users these days. Roads are way too congested with too many people in a rush to be somewhere.

One of those crossed my mind. but bit to old for riding sports bikes, I'd ache for a week after a couple of hours out.

Bikesafe and Dragon Rider courses all booked help to build my skills back up, Haven't ridden for 11 yrs after a low speed bump car pulled out on me, I was fine but they wrote off my pride and joy an 8 month old 2005 Fireblade, had 4 of those babys superb bikes

Talked myself out of it the end, test rode the bike it was okish, had to ring its neck to get it to go even then it wasn't great, noisy and tinny sounding, but in the end it came down to not really wanting to get back into riding, the dangers weighed in heavily on my decision, so that's the end of that, my lad telling his Mother that he didn't want me riding again swayed me as well.

That's what i always end up doing if i think things over for too long, always, always talk myself out of things.

You're safer not having one, can't argue with that though.

Go and get both arms tattoo'd from wrist to shoulder instead

Perhaps we should nationalise the motor insurance industry too.

We would be comfortably mid table with Joe Allen and Brendan Rodgers
