I had the book for Christmas, and had a quick look at it last night and in the prologue it states "This is the story of an appalling crime and the flawed police investigation that followed. It is based mainly on first hand reports from the South Wales Evening Post..."
That has made me want to bin the book already.

No they wouldnt most family's support their own. They are sticking up for him because they do family not want to believe he did it. The Dawson family sat through 2 trials and believed he was the right man. 2 juries sat through a trial and believed he did it. How much of the trial did this author sit through but then again it was not Jack the Ripper but Jill the Ripper according to this author. Do you accept that as well. |  | | |

Have u seen Making a murder on Netflix ? About Steven Avery he had fantastic defence lawyers but they could only work with what evidence was given to them by the police and guess what he was fitted up along with his 16 year old nephew who has mind of an 8 year old my point is yes the juries convicted him (10-2) but half the evidence wasn't heard E-Fit ? What u say about that ? Inspector whereabouts ( he can't remember ) really !!! It's a massive murder with kids involved he should have been all over it like a rash iffy or wat ? | | | |

I have seen them, and the biggest advocate of the "Dai Morris is innocent"campaign is a SW Police hater, and I doubt very much if he actually knew Morris let alone belonging to him.
How many on this thread are sure that he's innocent just by reading a book , by the sound of it most do. |  |

As I've already said, 2 judges and 2 Jury's convicted him on the evidence provided to the courts, and unless any substantial evidence turns up that proves he's innocent, that's how it's going to stay (which aint gonna happen)

Have u read the books ? I know u have a personal hatred of Morris but this isn't about that pretend it's someone u don't know who has been sent down now read the books etc and read up on how SWP have handled the case with their track record. Waiting a whole year to arrest the Lewises ?? No E-Fit shown on any of the 3 crimewatch airings ? How whenever I've watched crimewatch over the years there is always an E-Fit shown as they are appealing for clues etc.

Aye, you should take it all with a pinch of salt, especially when you consider that the author even went as far as to LIE about climactic guilty clinching evidence. Talk about obscene morals and standards!
Oi thank God the Battle of Hastings was not written to that standard!.... Because if it was???? It would have happened in 2066, there would have been no Harold, and to definitively claim there to be no arrows flying about.
Anyhow, LIES of the author, and other cr@p written within the book was thankfully not presented to 2 crown court trials, 2 juries, 4 failed CCRC appeals, an independent defamation case, neutral journalists, and Dawson family who all know Morris is 100% guilty.
And its nice to know the court reporter/stenographer has set fact, reality, and evidence in stone. LIES, missing facts and debunked bullsh1te only appeals to the unwitting, uninformed, and gullible. [Post edited 7 Feb 2020 13:31]

The thing is mate We have had just had 2 books come out that all the evidence has been researched for 5 years by a man with a far superior brain than u and I. There clearly was evidence left out of those trials and you don't have to have a grudge against the police or be deluded to come up with an opinion ` Hang on something not right here ` now answer this

Morris maintained that he lied to the police earlier because he didn't want his then partner Mandy Jewell who he was living with to find out that he was in a relationship with Amanda Powell???
