That's just disingenuous. The old board and the Trust failed the club.
Both ECB and Lisa posted a little while back the issue with the Trust...consensus. Quite rightly, consensus rules but unfortunately there is a surfeit of cuckoos in the nest and those trying to keep the spirit of the Trust are outvoted. Phil, by his own admission, has made mistakes and appears to have tried to inform us all in an effort to make amends.

I respect the previous trust boards, they were obviously was involved with the club and did a lot of work. However, this latest lot are taking the piss, they took their positions, knowing how difficult the position was, which I acknowledge. But at this time we need a strong trust, willing to fight for the club and fans, where as, these appear to have shut up shop, and are happy to cosy up to the the problems at the club in the directors box. |  | | |

What options do the trust have currently? Take the former/current shareholders to court, go back to the Yanks to pursue the share sale or do nothing?
