Being in the Championship doesn't mean that we should have to raid the under 23s or under 18s if we have an injury in any position. It's still a highly professional and competitive league.
I agree it's great to blood these players in games where we have a big lead or FA cup games, but we need relatively experienced back up for all positions. Especially for arguably one of the most important positions that requires experience. |  |
