Quite clear the letter is a forewarning that Swansea City and the Stadium Management Company will probably have to make savings but no one has been made redundant.
It states they are open to suggestions, discussions and will consider voluntary redundancies or relocating the workforces within the groups.
A worry but not the sack.

Standard redundancy warning letter I’m afraid. There’ll be no relocations etc, they are just doing what is legally required prior to the axe.
Will be very interesting to see how much Birch is earning as surely the last thing the club now needs is another high earner on wage bill | | | |
