Appointing Croft put development on hold, an utter car crash of an appointment, he was more focused on getting to the pub after stumps rather than coaching (in fairness he could have been an excellent coach if he'd got his priorities right) ... Maynard is all about discipline and the younger players are getting on board, a push for promotion is definitely a possibility this term |  |
