She’s probably worked most weekends for the last 10 years which can be a real drag especially if you are young. I have worked shifts and weekends nearly all my working life - it has a massive impact on family life. A guy I know is involved in professional rugby and he is always away with work especially on weekends, he hardly sees his wife and kids at weekends.
If she worked in the NHS or general practice it’s extremely unlikely she would be working Saturdays and Sundays. All that plus a potential pay off, I can’t blame her. | | | |
