Linked to us, seems Chelsea are recalling him from Charlton to loan him back out, looked very impressive when I've seen him on the box, 6 goals for Charlton.

Us, QPR, Rangers, West Brom & Millwall all linked.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Another one would be nice. Then we wouldn't have to play Grimes or Byers every game.

As per
@SamWallaceTel
, Conor Gallagher is joining Swansea on loan from Chelsea. Official confirmation tomorrow.
Another impressive loan for Swansea, who’ve already taken Liverpool’s Rhian Brewster & Chelsea’s Marc Guehi.
Steve Cooper hugely influential in convincing the players.

Excellent news once again.

Nearly happened at the end of July, as first revealed on here by jackmee.

We now have a strong squad which should be capable of challenging for the play offs.

So who is picking these players Marsh or Cooper.

Either way at least we seem to be giving the play offs our best shot.

It is strange though to recall from one championship club and send out to another.

Given that we'll have 6 loan players on the books and only able to have 5 in a match day squad could this mean an end to Kalulu's loan? Or, could we recall Benda, with Woodman leaving? Or is a Wilmott departure on the cards, given Watford's stance on him playing in the FA Cup?

Or perhaps we'll go with 6 loanees. I guess it's unlikely that we would field both Guehi and Kalulu alongside all the others who are likely starters/bench players.

If this deal comes off, surely means the end of Wilmott with us!?

Villa being touted now which would make sense.

Villa Norwich and Burnley have shown an interest.
But PL clubs cant loan players and Chelsea dont want to sell just yet by the look of it.

One of the Cardiff fans reckons he ran the show against them at Valley Parade.

Bit worried about the amount of loans now if I’m being honest but hard not to get excited about this signing.

How many loans did Derby have last year? It's better than nothing ain't it, surely signals the end of Kalulu or Wilmot now?

Yes the PL think with the huge TV revenue going to clubs they have enough cash to buy players outright.

Lots but would you say it’s been one of the reasons they may have struggled a bit this season? Huge turnover of players to deal with in close season.

Sorry mate getting confused with the loans PL clubs can loan players but only 2 can play at a time.

Championship clubs can play 5.

We had Abraham and Sanchez in the PL.

We're looking at a big turnover of players in any case. Makes sense to bolster the squad with a few loans now.

Reported Hoorn was on £11,000 a week when he transferred to us and doesn't appear to have changed!
https://sillyseason.com/football/swansea-city-fc-players-salaries-101481/

Even £20,000 a week would be reasonable for a senior leader who has been consistent and injury free.

You do wonder how he manages to make ends meet.

What?
I was responding to a post about Hoon's wages being high.
The point was at £11,000 a week he's not a high cost player.
