Nothing factually wrong with the statement apart from "no independent oversight".
The whole thing is on 24 hour video, so anyone can see what is being done.
But the statement is not in context.
First of all there is nobody with Election Forensic Auditing experience, it has never been done before.
The company has experience of Software Application Security and as at least a half of this audit is to do with the various voting and election machines with their software they have the appropriate experience.
They have also called in other experts in various disciplines ie using UV equipment for checking paper etc.
Of course they are going to use a partisan group to carry out the Audit because they are checking all the various claims made by election witnesses, specialist witnesses, statisticians and cyber specialists.
Which the previous recounts and so called audits did not do because they were carried out by Democrat partisan groups.
