Very little.
Got Amazon Prime and Netflix on the telly. Dispensed with the Sky box so got no broadcast TV at all (thus cancelling the licence). Also have a HDD attached to the TV which I can put movies on, so charity shop and Poundland DVD's have taken a battering before being re-donated.
I've got an Alexa but can't remember the last time I plugged it in. |  |

A smart thermostat is excellent. If you are away for a couple of days you can put the heating on before returning home, never come home to a cold house again. |  | | |

I got a new stick to turn the tv over with. Had to get a longer one when we moved, I'm further away from the tv now.
Smart thermostat.......Combi boilers and the thermostat set to 22 do the trick there. Why overcomplicate things. | |

I'm a bit angry with tech, we bought a new 39 inch Panasonic tv last January and yesterday the backlight went, we have sound but no picture.
I'll have to take it back to Curry's to have it repaired and I really can't be bothered.
We got the old one back from our sons room, it's a 5 year old Proscan and works much better than the new one, better picture too just 32inch.
This newfangled stuff is rubbish, where's my Sabot! | |

I do have tech really (obviously) I have the obligatory smart phone, a chromebook, a smart tv (the one that broke!) and we use Amazon Prime, it's been great during the pandemic, stuff to watch and free deliveries for all the stuff we bought, the garden had a real makeover!
We won't do Alexa or any of those things, they're just too creepy! We don't have a doorbell of any kind let alone one of those smart ones.
I treat tech like I approach most of life these days, everything in moderation. | |
