Mumbles skate park setback as High Court judge quashes council decision
It means a further delay for the £360,000 seafront project.
A judge has quashed a decision made by Swansea council to transfer land for a seafront skate park.
The legal action was brought by seven Mumbles Road residents, who had concerns about the location of the planned facility at Llwynderw and the way the land transfer was handled.
The authority could also face claimants' legal costs.

poor dabs, the sounds of skates and kids playing must overwhelm the sound of the constant passing traffic ,with their front doors literally a hundred yards from the end of their drives the poor residents lives must be a living hell | |
