I agree with you. If deals to sign Wolves other targets are going Pete Tong, they wont have many options left and it will either be case of going short until January and hoping for the best, pick up a free agent if there are any about or pay what Cardiff are asking. I’d bet on the latter as the stakes when it comes to the PL are very high.
Just checked and could see Wolves are goalless and pointless in the PL, so there will be pressure to act. [Post edited 31 Aug 2021 21:20]
