I look after myself because I value my health nothing more nothing less. my average time in a park run of which I've done 150+ is 18-19 minutes a time achievable by any reasonably fit adult.

Girl I work with has a relative who is a top class, almost international standard sportswoman. Said person became ill with a throat infection, and a few weeks later caught covid. A couple of weeks after the covid episode and after having resumed training, the person suffered a cardiac arrest after developing myocarditis from the Covid infection.

AFD at least believes what he posts which is more dangerous because he makes reasoned arguments and doesn't just post waffle. He does have a propensity to misunderstand and misrepresent data though. it's easy enough unless you really understand what you are reading which is why I rely on the prof for clarification. It's handy having a genuine expert in a scientific area who understands and can translate the data, whatever AFD says about him! | |
