Commuting numbers are considerably down post pandemic, with overall numbers about 25% down. About 80% of use is now occasional; leisure, shopping etc.

Correct someone in the top 5% of earners in the UK should not be living in subsidised housing. They can easily afford to pay market rent or buy their own property. |

How on earth could a council evict someone because they get paid well, after that flat was award to him years ago ?
