Why not spread love and happiness? Morgan scored a beautiful goal and can add 45 games to his CV. He was bought as a prospect and could this season make a real name for himself. Schumacher will teach him the defensive fundamentals and commitment needed in league 1 and he will return to Swansea a much better fully rounded player.

Look at the goal. Great control, two footed, dribbler, size speed, great shot clean as a whistle. Good physique 6 ft. It is all there. Just 21 and under contract. His time has come.

Russell like Rooney and Cooper did not give Whittaker a run. He did not rip up league 1 with Lincoln but is only 21 years but already has quite a few games under his belt. I presume he is not trusted tactically and mentally for the Championship and Millwall on a Tuesday nigh and has more developing to do.
I want to see 45 games 10 goals and 10 assists win that talent. Garrick got 50 games many off the bench 7 goals and 8 assists for the same team. | |

He wasn’t fancied by either manager since he’s been here. He hasn’t had much opportunity in the first team, but when he has, he hasn’t really forced himself into contention in the way Congreve has.
People look at his late hat trick against Plymouth and his consolation against Man City and possibly judge him a bit more favourably than his overall performances deserve. He had an average season in league one, but is still young and could well harness the potential that convinced us to shell out a relatively big fee.

I can’t deny that, especially with Ogbeta.
From what I’ve seen so far of Whittaker though, I wouldn’t be picking him either. A solid season in league one and I’d change my mind.
Lati is defensively sound, but clearly not comfortable attacking. Even without the injury, I’d have expected us to look to bring a more attacking full back in, probably on loan, at the end of the window. We just don’t have as much cover there as we do in Whittaker and Josephs positions.
I’m not sure if Cullen is being kept around in case we get a late bid for Piroe and can’t replace him last minute. My guess is we’d consider any offer for him. | | | |

Maybe Resloven is right and they’ve been farmed out to get experience at a lower level in order for them to come back better players ready for the Championship.
Cullen may be being put in the shop window to get out of the door this window.

It was a great run and great strike without doubt and with any luck he’ll be doing it for us next season but he needs to be playing at that level consistently and from what I’ve read he just doesn’t do it. I don’t think you can coach consistency the lad has to work on that himself and if he can then I think he can force himself into the starting eleven and be a real asset. | | | |

Yes, very good goal. But consistency is key, how often can they produce these moments over a course of a season. I would still prefer one or two of these kids to be at the club because we are only a couple of injuries away from having nobody left up top, but at this moment in time based on the evidence Whittaker, Joseph, Garrick even Cullen are not championship level. | |
