I back common sense, it has nothing to do with Swansea. Vendettas against Cooper because he’s made people look very silly is doing the talking at the moment with common sense being an afterthought - that’s where I come in.
I didn’t compare anyone to anything.
I am making the point that not achieving anything after 8 games doesn’t mean you have failed. That’s the same regarding anyone; be that Haaland, Cooper, Conor Gallagher, Ben Davies.. anyone.
You not understanding the logic, which let’s face it happens far too often to be normal, does not mean it defies it.

imagine a CEO or chairman of a football club with 2 CVS on his desk
one of a manager who as manager in the leagues spent 3 seasons in the championship getting his team to the playoffs on 3 occasions achieving promotion to the PL on his third attempt whilst also taking his club from bottom of the league to the PL in that season. other achievement s winning a World Cup at your level.
The other cv is of a manager spending 1 and a bit seasons in Lg1 finishing mid table...followed by mid table mediocrity in Championship ...which do you think they would choose

This situation is by no means unique to Cooper.
Managers have often achieved relative success on a tight budget, gone to one of the big clubs ( Moyes at Man Utd readily springs to mind ) and cannot repeat the success when given a much bigger budget.

My post was regards to something during a game, I can see why you would link it but it's a total different scenario surely?
Arguments are quite clearly going to return, the foundation is already being built and hypocrisy is only a small % of the whole picture unfortunately but there are certainly a few who have shown themselves up as hypocrites since Wednesday for sure.
I most certainly will not be getting caught up in this game that seems to be panning out already.

Always the same. Tiresome.
But I’m sure after recent events these games he plays will be watched far more closely now.
Unless you agree then apparently the mods need to step in, because of course any disagreement is seen as “arguing” if he can’t back his view.
This is a forum where people have differing views, those who can’t handle a different view and believe mods need to step in to get rid of those views then maybe a football forum isn’t for them?
