| Liverpool tonight 20:42 - Apr 17 with 1353 views | SullutaCreturned | VAR again (in my opinion) getting it badly wrong. Leeds are pushing the ball out, Alexander-Arnold wins the ball back with what looks like a deliberate handball. VAr say the handball is far enough out not to have an effect on the goal which is the first puzzle, he moved his arm to the ball and very clearly too, on the replay. Second conundrum Aleander-Arnold handballs it and he ends up passing the ball for Gakpo to score. Without his clear handball Liverpool wouldn't have scored. Did anyone else see it? | | | | |

Not seen the incident yet. The concept of VAR is sound, it’s the execution that’s not right. Another big team getting the decision against a “lesser” team, today it’s Liverpool a couple of weeks ago it was Spurs benefitting while Brighton were losing out.

Yesterday it was Forest on the receiving end of Harry McGuires handball in the penalty area.

Even more arrogant over not an awful lot than Cardiff fans, although in their defence at least Leeds have won something in colour.

We would have closed up shop at goal2. How many times have we been overwhelmingly the better side only to literally start going backwards allowing the opposition to attack us. We even did this with Huddersfield. We invariably hang on at the end when there is no need. Liverpool merciless . Great to see Leeds on their bellies

The reason it was brought in was because of incompetent officials making the wrong decisions. If we had competent officials in the first place we wouldn’t need VAR
