If Hibs are after him I would say the fee would be under 250-500k.
Obviously he is gonna take a pay cut from the premier league contract.
I think Jamal would of grown as a player with a few more years under his belt.
We were locked down when he was playing for us, I honestly think the club should get him that would be up top sorted.
