Rams v Swans : Home and away both sides need to be better 11th Feb 2026 08:00
Olle Söderholm previews the big game on Saturday as the Swans head to Derby County for their crucial Championship fixture at Pride Park. The avid Swansea City and IK Sirius fan joins us on the Indy again as he proves his knowledge with some very astute analysis. There will be more to come from Olle for sure. 0

Swans in massive six pointer this weekend ! 13th Feb 2026 08:00
Rhys Clayton takes a look at this weekends fixture against Derby County at Pride Park, a game where the Swans have taken up an allocation of around 1,600 which despite the gap between the two sides is actually a six pointer. 0

Derby County v Swansea City : Match day on the Indy : Team News 14th Feb 2026 08:00
It’s a big old six pointer this afternoon at Pride Park with two sides meeting who are looking upwards not downwards. If the Swans somehow can get the points they pull level with the Rams, if they lose they fall six points behind them. The mad old Championship delivers another weekend of fun. 0

Swans frustrate after first half domination at Derby 14th Feb 2026 17:59
The Swans went to Derby with clear intent to win this encounter but sadly didn’t have the know how to unlock the Derby defence to go down by two goals to nil this afternoon. Despite that the addition of Gustavo Nunes was a highlight but the negativity and frustration of the Swans play leading up to his introduction was the key point to be taken from this game. 0

The word I was thinking about re Derby was effective as it happens. They were extremely unimpressive but they did what they do effectively. We didn't.

What they did was play for set pieces and from open play get the crosses in first time hoping for a break

I think Eustace knew we’d baulk at quick delivery and was happy to watch us playing sideways and back ,knowing they’d have chances and they did and they took them
Surely Matos saw what we saw yet allowed it to go on,we could have got something today if we’d have been more direct and that’s what hurts

We’re not going to get anything from games by passing it back constantly and refusing to cross and being so negative

Have we beaten a Eustace team yet? My memory isn't great.

We struggle against teams who treat every game like it’s an away game. I suppose that’s a bit of an Eustace trait?

We don’t have the creativity to open up organised teams who sit players behind the ball. At home we tend to overwhelm teams like that, away we seem to run out of ideas and rely on hopeful long range efforts.

Maybe Walta will change that when he gets up to speed

We struggle as we have one person only who can be relied on to score
We struggle as we can’t convert chances
We should have started the Fish maybe as he’d be happy with his new deal and maybe start super Jay Fulton , who s a great club man
We struggle as we replace the hapless Key with a worn out , past it Palace legend who’s topping up his pension
We struggle as for some reason Ronald starts as does EOM , the most selfish player we have and hardly a goal threat

We struggle as we do not learn

For me that was most disappointed been in a while. Not because we lost, but how we just didn't look like we could kill the game off. Strange performance. Should of wrapped it up in first half. I hope penny has dropped with this team. Too many times we don't kill games off. Matos has set a bar to perform and the team didn't reach that today.

The first part of that I agree with. If Vipotnik has a quiet game, particularly away, we struggle. We didn’t really create chances to not convert today. Two shots on target out of fifteen tells its own story. Hopeful long range efforts because we couldn’t play our way into better positions.

Don’t worry about me
Everyone let’s one down
I’m 76 and trust nobody
We are all hypocrites
It’s just about degrees
I’ve taken a break from Swans posting but Fireboys got me inspired again
The truth is being ignored. Again

Matos has made us better but bad decisions are being made and O will call them
as I see it and no self appointed forum expert is going to con me
We’ve plenty of Uber fans who decry , belittle and insult other posters and I am not having it

Anyone the Saes are losing at rugger

Taking an opportunity to slag off Fisher and Fulton I see.

"No player is hated".

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

It’s a bonus, but nothing that happens in rugby makes up for being unable to break a really limited side down

Swansea City: Lawrence Vigouroux; Ethan Galbraith, Ben Cabango (captain), Cameron Burgess, Josh Tymon; Marko Stamenic, Goncalo Franco, Liam Cullen; Ronald, Jisung Eom, Zan Vipotnik.

Substitutes: Andy Fisher, Josh Key, Jay Fulton, Melker Widell, Malick Yalcouye, Ishe Samuels-Smith, Gustavo Nunes, Leo Walta, Joel Ward.

You’re not going to win

To let one striker out on loan was madness
We don’t know if Idah will finish the season
VIP goes sick, who’s the striker? Cullen ? Ronald or the ludicrous EOM
Be honest
Fulton is not going to take us forward
Fisher will continue to laugh at our profligacy
Ward won’t start a game
Neither will Key
One is past it and the other inept , still he loves the city Jesus and island to animals , which is enough to get another contract

Matos fecked it up today

He should admit it

Widell has to start before Cullen, now he’s fit again ,shows great energy, drive and ambition

Watch the highlights tomorrow, the number of times Zan was waving his arms calling for the early cross ……which never came, time after time, he must be furious ,I know a lot on here are

You can only think Cullen wages is the reason why he is still with us. Other than that, he is hot and cold. Today like most of the team he was guilty for passing backwards. Yalcouye deserved a start today. Think Matos just doesn't think he is a regular starter. Anything better than Cullen.

Widdell is a definite starter and probably will come in for Cullen now. Not sure where his long term future is though, I’d imagine Walta is earmarked for that role eventually.

I can see Widell playing a bit deeper going forward. He’s got the attributes for it.

Just got on the train at derby and what a surprise, perch is posting, just like I predicted a few days ago.

For the real fans who make the effort to watch us live, home and away/or away

We should have scored at least one goal with a bit of precision and unselfishness but hey ho our good run was bound to end.

I think we will absolutely smash brizzle and pne in our next 2 games ans then certain people wont have reason to post 😉🦢🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Wrong team picked
We need a right back
Nobody can handle this truth anymore than we needed a striker
Letting Wales go simply stupid
Why can’t Matos develop him

We don’t finish

We don’t do basics

We don’t defend as we should

We’ve been better but Martin’s influence is like a toxic cloud

These are truths
