This is the thing lads and lasses, bringing in Snoop, an investor, on a Tuesday night against a mediocre team and filling it with an extra 5000, plastics (not my word),is an opportunity too good to miss by the club. I 'm not bothered one bit that the extra attending are intrigued to see the Snoop, by the way, this is not a full 2 hour concert by him.
I see it as an opportunity to say to the extra roughly 4000, " Fancy coming back next home game ".Its marketing at its best and as others have said, it can only benefit firstly, the players on Tuesday night , a packed house roaring them on and secondly, an Increase in revenue.

Completely agree on the ‘plastics’ point. I’d far rather 15,000 Swans fans and 5,000 there to see Snoop Dogg than the kind of turnout Preston on a Tuesday night in February would normally attract.
But we haven’t got him onboard to boost the gate once or twice a season. Wrexhams commercial income was £13m for 24/25 (in league one). That’s what we’re going after, albeit to a lesser degree. | | | |

Thanks to this thread, for the first time in a long time I don't feel like an old fart.
I can't count the number of hip hop/rap records I own on one hand, but I know plenty of his stuff was from the 1990's, back when MTV in America still showed music videos.
Snoop has a coolness about him that transcends his musical genre. I really think he would have become an icon long before rap existed.
