Wrexham v Swansea City : Match day morning with Olle Söderholm 13th Mar 2026 08:00
Olle Söderholm gives his take on this evenings fixture at the Racecourse ground. It’s the start of a big day for the Swans and the Indy are all over it. 1

Red Dragons v Swans : ‘Little Wonder’ Wrexham Fans are Living the Dream 13th Mar 2026 14:13
Swansea and Wrexham are at opposite ends of the country, but the clubs have many connections. Phil Parkinson was the Bradford manager when the Swans won the League Cup at Wembley. Joe Allen, Neil Taylor, Lee Trundle, and Kristian O'Leary represented both clubs in recent times, while Brian Flynn is very fondly remembered for his two seasons managing the Swans, following 13 seasons with Wrexham. 0

For Wrexham I suppose , us not so although it would be nice o the double over them and put them back in their box.

Why?
Strange response
A very ambitious Welsh club with the funds to get to Prem League and one seeking to be the “ biggest” club in Wales
A chance for us to clip their wings
A chance to go the double on them

Do you know what ? I’m out of here

The best two clubs and teams in Wales going head to head is a big game especially given that Wrexham are going for the Premier League. Their achievements are immense to be fair. Non league to Premier League! Possibly.

Welsh clubs meeting in the League is always big. It doesn’t happen too often. But we can upset them. It should be a cracker.

Only an idiot would eat a turkey curry on Christmas day

It's not at all strange in my opinion, just because its reasonably local to you doesn't make it match of the season. Other away games are more than compatabile with a larger away support. Many of the home matches are bigger, I would say Coventry is this month alone.

Wrexham's Moore a 'big doubt' for Wales play-offs

Wrexham striker Kieffer Moore is a "big doubt" for Wales' upcoming World Cup play-off campaign, according to Phil Parkinson.

Striker Moore came off the bench in the Red Dragons' 4-2 FA Cup fifth-round loss to Chelsea on Saturday.

The 33-year-old, who is the club's top scorer this season with 13 goals, was omitted from the squad for his side's 2-1 defeat by Hull City in the Championship on Tuesday night after it was confirmed he had suffered a tendon split.

Seems popular in ticket sales. Hopefully we get a point or better it is a big game or demand wouldn't have been so high. I don't mind if Wrexham go up but if they don't it adds extra interest with 2 Welsh team fixtures we could have next season. Anything that helps a bigger gate for matches for us helps our club move forward.

Win this and we are two points off the play offs, in with a chance. Lose it and we are 8 points off the play offs with 8 games left.

This one is important because of the above.

It’s a bit of a stretch but you have to have hope
Footy as with all sports is about glory
Beating Wrexham and Wales getting that win over Italy with England getting trashed on Paris = great weekend

Let’s have it

You’re probably right Keith , it’s probably just the Swans fan in me
Vitor turned us around this season and we can build on it for next season
Who would have thought WBA and Leicester would be in a relegation scrap in mid March and Coventry clear at the top , this is a crazy division ,you can’t take anything for granted

I concur, and also agree with OHL in that this game has become the most important game of the season. Win this game, then Coventry @ home becomes the most important game of the season. Win that game and Sheffield U becomes the most important game...As a fan, you gotta hope...and believe!

It's about thus time of the year that the results start to become even less predictable than usual. Teams at the top start to get nervous, teams at the bottom start to fight even harder and there's usually an opportunity for a decent side in the top half to push through to the play offs. Let's hope that team is us.
We've a week off before Fat Frank comes to town, let's hope we can out play a rather direct Wrexham.

And there was me thinking he provided the assist for Key against Portsmouth.
