Hard to argue with that, but shameful the SFA came up with the last game being played at Celtic Park with only 752 Hearts fans attending. |
But what I don’t understand is - aren’t there the same rules that clubs South of the border have regarding setting aside 10 or whatever percent of seats for away fans? If not that’s pretty damn unfair! I’m sure Hearts for a title decider could have brought 20,000 fans. |  | | |

The SFA's Key Match Incident Panel has decided that the penalty given to Celtic against Motherwell was the wrong call and shouldn't have gone to VAR
5 other games with KMIs are being looked at (presumably one is the VAR penalty call NOT given in the Motherwell v Hearts game) and the SPFL are investigating the two Celtic pitch invasions and allegations of Hearts players being manhandled/assaulted
Nothing will happen of course apart from a fine or two for Celtic but that KMI decision means their 56th title is now officially tainted and should have gone to Hearts. They won't care of course because they have zero shame. [Post edited 23 May 8:03]

Obviously I will disagree about Rangers though I freely admit the whole UVF element I find cringeworthy and abhorrent. It is though thankfully a minority element. The vast majority of Rangers fans are proud to be British and Scottish, fly the Union Flag and Saltire, respect the armed forces and are traditionally conservative, endorse family values etc...No angels of course especially when it comes to Old Firm games where the seething hatred is venomous and brings out the worst in people. Having said that, I can't ever recall a Gers fan I found objectionable apart from that miserable bar-steward that used to manage The Builders before we left the Vetch. I'm sure many on here will have experienced his unique brand of bonhomie ..... 
Celtic as you say are different gravy altogether, self-hatred is in their DNA and they are morally bankrupt. I've rarely met a decent one. I find the entire club and fanbase repugnant. It never fails to surprise me just how many non-Rangers football fans feel the same. At the title decider there were fans of all clubs in the pub - not one wanted Celtic to win and not just for Hearts - simply because they hated Celtic and were very vocal about it during the game. They bring it on themselves and are universally loathed.
I detest them more than Cardiff - Cardiff I almost pity with their delusional sense of importance and entitlement - their constant belittling of our achievements, attendances, fan base, second city, caravans etc....It's simply deep rooted insecurity as they've never got over losing Toshack to us and if you go on their messageboards they regularly seek validation about themselves from other clubs fans. I find it weird.
Celtic though ? Just vile - At the Motherwell game the camera panned to the great unwashed behind the goal and there was one with a black hat with a green and white Hamas patch on it. At the Hearts game a grandfather was attacked by is own fans for wearing a friends of Israel pin badge. That is the mentality without even beginning on the IRA stuff which is anything but a minority it runs through their fanbase like a stick of rock.

We had no left back other than him or at least no cover, absolutely stupid idea to make him part of the Clucas deal.
We ended up playing players out of position unable to forge a partnership in the midfield. It weakened us in defence and in the midfield.
Would Kingsley have stepped up as required playing with better players, I'm glad he has made a good career for himself after being dismissed as not good enough as a young player.
Premier league is a big step up but as a youngster he seemed to have a number of attributes that could have been build upon. | | | |

Ive written about this on here before, the real league table, Welsh teams always bottom, Liverpool, Man Utd always top.
Welsh teams having incorrect decisions going against them, while certain teams constantly get incorrect decisions in their favour.
Leaving 'politics' out of it, have you noticed it over the years ?, it stands out like a sore thumb to me and I didn't need ex first class refs to review all the goals both awarded and disallowed to know that Welsh teams are always bottom of the league for bad decisions. [Post edited 25 May 18:03]

I think this does happen but I wouldn’t put it down to corruption or even favouritism.
In my opinion, refs are human beings and when they are presented with marginal decisions they will, subconsciously or otherwise find in favour of the bigger supported team. Getting the decision wrong when it’s in that team’s favour places them in the limelight where they don’t want to be.
It’s human nature unfortunately and VAR was devised to take that subjectivity out of the game. Unfortunately, even VAR can’t get some marginal decisions right or at least provokes differing opinions. But the ref can usually wash his hands of it then with some recent examples excepted. |  |

The World Cup will be a minefield that’s for sure. With some of the nations participating having a long history of fraud and internal issues. And they supply officials. There’s too much money swishing about for this WC to be called out as corruption free.
On Welsh sides, there may be a bit, I would say when Steve Cooper called out a certain referee as a cheat because they didn’t get on had mileage. We’ve seen a lot of bad officiating this season, some has been questionable and we’ve highlighted it on numerous occasions. I think there have been bent refs and always will be in every country in the world.
