Agree with all of thst. Defensively a little shaky at times and there’ll be better opponents than Croatia clearly. Hopefully they’ll grow into the tournament.
Ref has got all the major decisions right. No cards as you say but not a dirty game to be fair. Credit to both dudes. | |

Croatia looked leggy and Modric non existent. Decent high tempo performance by England though. Be interesting to see if they can maintain that outside an air conditioned stadium.
On another note, it's extremely entertaining to see the absolute slagging Martinez is getting for Portugal's performance. Looks like it's another Golden Generation that he's wasting. How he keeps failing into these jobs the Lord only knows. He must have an amazing agent. Jorge Mendes maybe. |  |
