New barbers ships are Kurdish not Turkish. No one speaks Turkish. Most are Kurds from Iraq and Syria.
The one I know are from Sulaymaniyah in Iraq . The owner came after the third Iraq war and has been here for 20 years.
Today was the first day I have seen it empty. £12 cash only. They can easy make £500 a day. Some go bust. [Post edited 13 Aug 19:24]
