I thought when Inoussa did come on from the bench last season, in his very small and very, very brief showings. But OK is not enough. Maybe his injuries is an issue? Bianchini is a lost cause but how do you get rid, he might be happy to sit out his contract as the Indy mentioned in recent article.

Inoussa injury set him back big time, was he sold to us with an injury issue? Bianchini trying too hard just didn't fit into the possession based football with a defense and midfield sitting so deep offering no support or options Al la Wycombe Wanderers Carabo Cup fiasco. Ronald and Key seem to have no idea as to what the other was going to do absolutely shambolic. Footballers not fitting into the format the managers need from them?
Edit The word Shambolic was used to describe the understanding between players and not saying each individual footballers are. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses and it is up to the manager/coaching to get the best out of them. [Post edited 29 Aug 7:23]

Been told to pay off Bianchini is very big bucks. He’s in a win win for me. Large ish weekly salary in the top 8 at the club, won’t get that anywhere else, he will be hedging his bets for a pay off. | |

Bianchini is 25 with 2 years left on his contract. If he was on a lower wage then the club have the hardball and he would be looking to get out. I expect his agent has gone through the scenarios. Maybe he knows he isnt that talented so is taking the wages until the cash cow ends.

In fairness to Inoussa he started the season under Sheehan when nobody (other than Vipi) played well and was injured for almost all of the second half of the season when Matos took over.
I liked some of what I saw. I keep mentioning it, but he was excellent against Man City in the cup, the one game where we tried to play on the front foot. |  |

The last decent analysis of transfers that I read was a couple of years ago based on the Premier League.
The top performing clubs had a 50 percent success rate based on a majority of league appearances.
