The very thing that nobody wants may happen unless people fall into step.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

The rugby will pack people into pubs and houses with Amazon let alone the big piss up in Cardiff. If he was serious he'd cancel the rugby.

I think he is serious but, as in previous times, he is dithering and waiting "to see" and by the time he does something it will be too late.
Cases have actually fallen this last few days, 716 down to 671 I think, but as you say with 74k in the Principality and 'Amazon Prime' households liable to have several people in, will cases spike again.
Actually the stadium might not be a problem because they know covid is spreading more at home, the households could be the big problem.

Myself and my son will be at the Swans, there'll be nobody extra in our house, we still have Prime for a few days so the 3 of us will watch the rugby.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Can someone answer this.

England last 7 day infection rate 480.5 per 100,000

Wales last 7 day infection rate 685.5 per 100,000 with tighter restrictions already in place.

Tighter restrictions are allegedly in place but who is obeying the rules? Who is enforcing the rules?
Covid is spreading in schools and then spreading more in homes. You are more likely to catch it at home now I think.

Didn't they first say it wasn't spreading in schools, then it was but then they said it wasn't again, truth is they haven't a clue.

They tell us to follow the rules and I do but I'm not sure the rules are working. In the absence of any better evidence though, I'll continue to follow the rules.

Cases are down because kids are off school. Of course he's stalling, he doesn't want to impose restrictions, nobody does.

There’s no doubt in my mind that schools are fuelling the spread. Most of the people I know who’ve caught it recently are catching it from their kids.

We've all had symptoms but negative test results. Maybe we are among the lucky few who are naturally resistant to it? Who knows. Our son has told us that regularly up to half his class are missing, it has to be spreading in schools but Drakeford will wait for schools to go back and for cases to rise again.

I should be getting called for my booster jab soon. My wife had hers through work, Our son should be getting his jab in school soon too.
All we can do is follow the rules and hope the politicians get it right but the evidence so far is not showing that's likely.

In hospitals fitted N95 masks are worn. Not cotton masks with pretty pictures on bought off ebay.
Everybody know wearing a mask for any length of time is not good for your health. Neither will it prevent the flu

Plus people keep on using the same mask. Complete waste of time. In England you don’t need to wear masks and they have lower numbers than wales.

Having been to the West Ham v Spurs game, I can assure you it is business as usual in London. For example, pubs and tubes packed majority not wearing masks.

They are not selfish!, they are making a statement that they are listening to the BS anymore.

Talking of BS, what did drugford say the other day about the reason for covid passes in nightclubs, he said it was impossible for social distancing, and the reason people go to nightclubs is socialise, yet a few weeks later he introduces covid pass for cinema as well!

I went to cinema a few weeks back, must have been all of 8 of in there watching the film.

Not making a statement at all. That is ludicrous.
They simply do not like wearing a piece of cloth over their gobs even though it can help stop it spreading. It is now the case noboby can question them.

It is utter selfishness in purest form

Wrong I wear a 3 ply mask for normal duties which is to stop the wearer spreading ( people think it's to protect themselves it's not)

I then have to wear a fit tested mask while having to deal with patients that have covid or flu or any other nasties
These are to protect the mask wearer

Dr's and nurses wear them to prevent bacteria, they also wear fitted N95 masks which are changed every couple of hours. in the main they are highly ineffective in preventing virus's. This actual FACT

So when you wear your masks for any length of time you are creating an acidotic state of your blood, a PH imbalance, crucially to your health you need a balance of PH in your blood stream at all times. Constantly breathing in bacteria you are hurting your body by breathing in your own Co2. Understand that this is not doing you any good at all.

Bacterial pneumonia was the biggest killer during the spanish flu.
The facts are out there.

It's embarrasing to see a man wearing a mask, gives the impression of weak de masculated subserviant fool.

Surely an clean covering is worth it.
It is not easy if you wear hearing aids ,as I do ,and glasses.
It' s a pain but it's hardly stressful as some make out.

This is my problem, some people claimed Drakeford was doing a wonderful job but he isn't and he hasn't been.
Wales is the second worst in Europe for new cases and 4th in the world and what does Drakeford say,

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news

We have a larger reservoir of people waiting to be infected, that's what he thinks. What about the possibility that it's spread in schools then taken home and spread at home too?
I wonder what the SAGE people are saying?

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

He also said ' The fact that the Welsh vaccination programme vaccinated so many people so quickly and early on may mean that the impact of waning immunity from vaccination is a bit more apparent here in Wales than other parts of the United Kingdom where the vaccination took longer.' (taken The Mark Drugford interview WOL)

Who knows where we are heading, but from what I can see, it's not good, vaxxed or not, look's like the intent is to put us all back where we where last Christmas, check out the headline from bbc wales

'Covid: Wales' restrictions could return to save Christmas'

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-

EDIT: Seems a few others have spotted his clanger..
