Ive already stated Piroe will be targetted and it will be our biggest challenge this season.This is a proper striker and we need to truly nurture him ,look after him and somehow encourage him to sign another more lucrative contract.

Not sure about January.
It's never been a hugely expansive market and not many clubs are splashing big cash at the moment, even less so on a still largely unproven 22 yr old who few people had heard of before this season.

I think they'd hang onto him until the summer just to see where we go this season. If we are nowhere and we get a reasonable offer I think they'll sell. If we've made the play offs, are up there somewhere I think they might hang onto him to see if another transfer window with abit of strengthening can see a genuine promo push.
I'm more concerned that we'll have offers we can't refuse for our midfielders.

He has already spent a season on Sparta Rotterdam bench and that of PSV. He is a guaranteed starter at Swansea. He needs to be patient can continue to develop and establish himself in the UK game.

He’s a goal scorer though not a centre half. Every team outside the top 6 in the PL is looking to score more goals. If they spend £30 million on a player who keeps them up and gets them another 160 odd million it’s a bit of a no brainer | |
