I think it’s the back of the suspended ceiling tiles they’ve ripped down. I suspect there’s no CCTV in that area which is a pity, if they did have CCTV they could ID the offenders and give them a football banning order. I concur with your observation about them being pure scum.

They've got history for attacking inanimate objects - especially toilets. Those toilets are crap compared to the Swansea.Com ones. If we play CCFC next season then perhaps they should be given paper cups.

They will say technically they are not their toilets, so do not have to pay. Where have we heard that before.

Good point. On the subject what’s the latest on the Sala transfer payment saga? Last I heard they were celebrating the plane owner being convicted and that this somehow voided the obligation on them to pay the transfer fee

To simply it it Cardiff city had insurance. The aeroplane hire company had insurance. Nantes F C had insurance and the player himself had insurance. It was an event covered by insurance. It could be the insurance was inadequate but football assets are always expensive. The hire company has been found guilty in court. This does not invalidate the insurance as far as I understand it. Most accident have some element of guilt attached to them e.g. Speeding.

They were celebrating the life of a Nantes player 3 years after his death yesterday.

I think Cardiff admitted they never had insurance on him. Which explains why they are pushing back so much trying not to pay. I agree I don't see any relevance in what transpired with the plane. I've seen some of their fans on Twitter stating that he wasn't registered so they shouldn't pay but that's complete nonsense. Teams with transfer bans (Barca with Arda Turan a prominent example) sign players & they are undoubtedly their player but are unable to register them until their ban lifts. I believe their CAS hearings had been delayed until March.

It could well turn out to be a very poor business decision not to pay the installments as they should have been. Much easier to find the money as a premier league side or championship side with parachute....
