| Will Cyrus Christie go to the highest bidder ? on 13:27 - May 15 with 1134 views | ReslovenSwan1 | Swansea success is about three things. A word beginning with R. a) Recruitment b) Recruitment c) Recruitment. "I am getting a little concerned" The top recruitment man Scott has been poached by Cooper who now wants players he wanted at Swansea. e g. Christie, Surridge, Keinan Davies. In days gone by under the clubs legendary chairman the "Head of recruitment " was a low key anonymous figure who worked in the shadows, David Ledbetter was his name. Barely mentioned on forums. When fans were appalled at too many "Fat Tabanous" the Chairman took the blame. Ledbetters signing were a mix of inspired and dross. Sigurdson Fabianski one one side and Borja and Clucas on the other. I noted last week an announcement that a new chief Scout was going to be appointed after an interview with WInter, Martin and the "Head of Recruitment". So who is he/ she/ Have I missed something? It was Scott. For those that like to audit my posts it was a question put in my "starter for 10" question for the Fans forum. At Swansea City people need to ferret a little to get facts. | |

The amount of unnecessary quotation marks in your posts is getting out of hand.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Well if they get promoted & sign the likes of Christie they will be back in the championship the year after. Decent player but no way PL standard.

There’s no way they will sign him if they go up.

| Will Cyrus Christie go to the highest bidder ? on 12:56 - May 16 with 689 views | Badlands | He blew hot and cold for us. Overall a decent inclusion and always professional but there were games when he really wasn’t on the same wavelength as the rest of the players. Something he did quite often that annoyed me and looked like frustrated players was to call a direction for a pass then either move in a different direction or not move at all. His contribution to goals was very good but defending was patchy. At his age I'm sure no one would criticise him for maximising his pay packet. I'd have him back but wouldn’t shed tears if he didn’t return. | |
