Every club has their failures though, a very high percentage of young players don't malke it. It's a numbers game. | |

Yep, for all that we've helped develop a few in recent years there's just as many cautionary tales for players looking to join a stepping stone club. Williams, Burns, Gyokeres, Ogbeta, Joseph, Whittaker, Walsh, in addition to our academy youngsters many of whom are 21/22/23 now and lacking experience. [Post edited 7 Jul 2022 21:49]

That has been a bugbear for me, we should have been giving our own youngsters their chance, nstead we have developed youngsters for other clubs to cash in. | |
