Arguably the worst.They have been far worse.
From the forst minute it was obvious nothing has changed and will not.Faffing around gifted a goal.We do it all the time.
Martin says he will only play one way
Clubs know how to play us;they adapt.Martin WILL NOT,not cannot.

The clubs owners are not stupid. Martin was employed to change the style and get the team in the higher regions of the table. He has made promises to them the last 10 games suggest he cannot keep. His narrative is the longer he spends at the training field the better the team would become. This was actually fact with Brendan Rogers for example. There is little evidence for this.
Too many people are fooled by the narrative that he does not have the players. He does and he has depth. Benda, Garrick, Ollie Cooper, Brandon Cooper and Cullen need to give poor performers a nudge. I think Martin has a long enough track record of failure that we can afford our players the benefit of the doubt.
I’m not complaining about the players efforts at all. They are being put in a situation to play ludicrously. There is only one likely outcome.
It’s the managers efforts that should be a concern, not the players. |

This is a bloke that hasn’t got his system working anywhere he has ever gone. Yet some fans want us to risk our clubs future on the guy.
I honestly don’t know what needs to happen for certain individuals to wake up. What are they basing their trust in this man on exactly?
Are his 19th, 13th and 15th finishes really too much blinding success to question the blokes methods?
If this guy was American and used American slang instead of cockney slang yet performed in exactly the same way - he would be a laughing stock among our fan base that would have turned on him within the first 3 months.

players who are scared of deviating from the managers instructions as they know they will be ostracized as others have who do "not fit" because they dont buy in dont forget Martin's comments after the win at Bristol City last season when the players changed things to win.
