Sadly I feel the same R, Judas Jenkins missed out on resigning a Joe still well in his prime by haggling a price a month or so before he was nominated for the team of the tournament at Euro 2016.
Still class with age just like Modric, Iniesta, Pirlo etc Joe still has lots to offer but it’s just not at the same level it was which is obvious and to be expected with age etc..

I love Joe as a pro but feel he is crocked . Hope I’m wrong mate but when you get older injuries become more significant .

Disagree . In his time back with us he has looked a class above our existing defensive midfield players with his skill, reading of the midfield game, his commitment and drive to shut down any threats, which has in the end affect his chances to play for Wales in the World Cup.

Allen played 53 games for club and country last season so it's entirely possible that this is just a niggling injury and not a sign that he's an over the hill crock fit only for the glue factory.
As for his place in the side, I'd pop him in ahead of either Fulton or Grimes in a heartbeat if he's fit and in form. |  |
