Transfermarkt listing it as a free.
| Ntcham on 16:56 - Aug 13 with 3453 views | builthjack | They probably wanted to get him off the wage bill. Perhaps they will tell us something soon. | |
| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Exactly, if he was on £25k good riddance

If the squad develops like I hope I'm not sure he would get a game.
| Ntcham on 17:07 - Aug 13 with 3409 views | Dr_Winston | Given the almost total lack of drive in midfield since he left then perhaps it's a bit early to be glad he's gone. We've missed him greatly in the opening league games. Hopefully Patino can step up and do what Grimes can't. | |

I think it would have been difficult to play Patino and Ntcham in the same team. I know it's early days and it was only 20 minutes but he gives me the same feeling MGW did when he first came here. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I would wager that Patino was brought in as a direct response to Oli's move. The way Duff wants to play certainly seems to demand midfielders who want to get the ball forward instead of endlessly recycling it to bump the stats up. It's one of the reasons why I thought it was odd for ON to be lumped in with Grimes, Fulton and Allen as a deep midfielder by some because of a likeness with them he certainly isn't.

I hope so. I would guess £1.5m -£2m. Turks do not spend big. There has been a stand off over ancillary items and these have been resolved to allow him to play. I do not understand the hostility. Samsumspor probably paid a small fee to Ntcham;'s people to keep the player sweet.

It’s odd, and yet unsurprising the communication from the club is as skewed as ever.

Been a few of these type of statements recently. Not even a thankyou or wish him well who does these press releases just a bit unprofessional. [Post edited 14 Aug 2023 13:17]

Yes it fits my scenario "all regulatory paperwork required to be submitted by Swansea City regarding the player's exit has now been completed." Nitcham's agent found a deal and Ntcham told Swansea he wanted to leave. Swansea agreed a fee with Samsum and Ntcham asked for a loyalty bonus Samsum announced the signing Coleman refused a loyalty bonus and told Duff to pick him Ntcham told Duff he was not playing and wanted the bonus Coleman refused again Ntcham flew Samsun and was announced but could not play Samsum paid the bonus to complete "all regulatory paperwork" Eufa received confirmation that all parties were satisfied Ntcham played. This is my summary of what I thought has happened.

Just as likely to not fit your fantasy world scenario.

It is an possible explanation. What is yours? Journalist have to protect their sources. I have no sources but piece thing together from fragment of information. It seem to me many big transfers hit last minute "hitches". These are probably demands for "loyalty payments". Even Harry Kane. "Harry might stay" 4 days ago remember? It is the wild west. Grab what you can.

I believe that we are moving to a payment in full model and payments are no longer to be paid in instalments. Either for sales or purchases. The fee was agreed but we would not release the registration until payment had been made in full. Samsunspor were told if they wanted Ntcham for Sunday the transfer had to paid in full, which they did. Other clubs have been told of our business model, hence the reason we are slow receiving offers for players. Take your pick.

Not a fact mate, just my take on things from pieces I have heard. Word of mouth out of the club "leaks" are very hard to get now apart from match day and even then they are very, very sketchie. [Post edited 14 Aug 2023 14:46]

Its a reasonable shout to be fair especially if this model has been reported somewhere. I respect any theory that has required thought and deductive processes.

For a player to tell our manager on the morning of a game that he didn't want to play, I thought the statement was adequate. I'm sure there are some who would have been happy with, Ntcham's gone, f@ck him.
