Correct. Managers will not come to us unless they believe what they are being told re plans to move forward and promises to them of money to be invested in the team.

What scares me is to whom they would sell.
A sale is really what we want but it’s about who and ,like most,I just hope for the best

If a coach is able to get the best out of players and increase player value it is small change. None of the youngsters seem to be progressing through to the first team at the club, is that down to not being good enough or poor progressive coaching. Then take Yates does he look like a £2.5M player, the style/formation we play needs to change to accommodate him if he really is any good. In the Championship a decent coach can generate an incredible amount of value in the playing squad, a poor one gives us what we have seen so far this season. Is Williams and his team worth the money who knows, but one thing for sure is if we try and do things on the cheap there is only one way we are going. |  | | |

I get a lot of contact with people at times like this, some very well thought of agents and journalists, some I’ve known for years. Trusted and competent people. Not one has anything positive to say at all. Some compare this to Petty, McClure, Lewis etc. The biggest issue is some fans aren’t accepting of the incompetency in control of the club. Backside sniffers who are looking for kudos by being recognised by @AdcDubliner on Twitter. This is mirroring exactly those days of 1997 to 2000. The slow decline of a club whilst all the blinkered sang ‘Johnny Hollins Barmy Army’ Fooled by Silver Shield and what came afterwards.
Until it was too late and we nearly lost our club.
