1/1/05 v Yeovil 0 - 2 behind the goal Trundle free kick skimmed the bar, put my hand up to stop the ball and it almost took my hand off, realised just how hard the pros hit the ball.

Never knew getting old would happen so quick!

Seeing countless people dismiss any constructive criticism of Huw Jenkins and Leigh Dineen's decisions as recently as 18 months ago, throwing the word 'agenda' at anybody who dared question 'Lord Huw'

Now that certainly is an obscure match that I was at too!

Was that the game when we wore some bizarre green and red strip or was that a different game at the Cobblers? I went there quite a few times in the 70s and 80s and those and many other games are fading into the mists of time.

Kieran durian down the vetch, aweful player, picks up ball near his own half, basically takes whole team on, bends it top a corner from 30 yards.

Three for me.

Max Thompson volley V Arsenal
Tommy Smith tackle on Ossie Ardiles
The Jack Army chanting "we only had ten men" at Forest in the play off semi and it continuing when the Forest players were warming up at the Liberty.

Obviously there have been bigger days and results, but these give me very fond memories.
