They're staying in the UK though.
Some of it is staying, some of it is going.
That makes sense, since Britain has not yet finally pulled the lever on the gallows it is standing comfortably noosed upon.

They are relocating to the Far East and Germany. They could always have done that.
But
". . . only 15% of the goods Schaeffler produces in the UK remain in the country, while the vast majority is exported to continental Europe"
So production is going to the EU but if Britain leaves the customs union (single market) there is no longer any advantage in locating in the UK.
Do you really not understand that?
Only 15% of their production remains in the Uk because all the car production jobs have relocated outside of the UK, way before Brexit was even made up.
