Was a season ticket holder in the centre stand then, hard to believe that was 26 years ago.


It was, it’s frightening to think it was that long ago.
A bit like a swans fan back when we got promoted old first division thinking back to 1955 !
Now that is even more frightening.

The thing I remember from this fixture as I’m not usually a betting man was being in a local bookies with a mate who was putting a bet on and the bookie on the the day was offering really good odds on a swans 4-1 win. I was going to put a tenner on but my mate persuaded me not to.
