Actually I don’t know how long he has been stood there (maybe 1/2 an hour) but it would be interesting to work out what it would cost to have a policeman patrol every street in the UK at least even once an hour.
Of course unless they are everywhere, all the time it would be quite easy for anyone with criminal intent to work around their rota.
Perhaps help if they get their skates on, like they certainly literally used to in Paris. Although the cobbles may be a problem.
More people now see themselves as free to vote for whom they like,apart from south Wales,the north West and north east where only voting Labour is the only option.

However, my point was that very few, if any, of those named politicians get mauled on here with the particular relish that Abbot and Lammy do.
