If covid restrictions come back in the Winter, would anyone adhere to them? I was out earlier today shopping, and I noticed that unmasked staff from a few weeks ago, were now wearing them.
Personally I will never wear a mask/muzzle again,.

I think the massive majority wouldn’t support lockdown unless it was the absolute last resort.
Lessons learnt from previous events means we know the damage they cause.
If it meant staying out of lockdown I’d wear a mask again for the greater good. I’d respect those who chose not too but if they call them ‘a muzzle’ I’d be enclosed to ask why. | | | |

John, I was watching something on breakfast tv the other day, apparently research in other countries has shown wearing masks in public places has negligible effects.
The other stuff, washing hands regularly, avoiding contact if you are vulnerable, that has positive effects. I remember them saying research had found you have a 1 in 10,000 chance of catching covid off a hard surface that hasn't been cleaned.
Wearing masks in enclosed spaces, like in hospitals does work because the virus is breathed out and builds up in enclosed spaces.
The measures employed were sometimes a sledgehammer to crack a nut, we need to be cleverer.
The pont still is though, when Bojo simply carried on, partying, entertaining and claiming he didn't know he'd broken the rules, did he really believe the rest of us would fall for it? We haven't and if there is a next time, we won't follow him again. That is the damage he has done. | |

I’ve no idea re masks tbh as I’m no virologist but I’ve heard doctors begging people to wear them during the pandemic so that’s good enough for me.
Of course he’s caused massive damage but just because this idiot didn’t care doesn’t mean what he was telling the public to do wasn’t right.

John, enough is enough.. Closing down the country did nothing! I would rather be me and die, than some mask wearing worrier, Life is too bloody short, than for anybody to ever go through this again..
I have seen the impact this has had on our teenagers to mid 20's, most are on anti depressants. | |
