Tommy’s latest legal troubles. 15:09 - Oct 15 with 1996 viewsJoesus_Of_Narbereth

I’ve made my feelings clear on this career criminal, petty thug and general grifter previously, but this one really doesn’t sit right with me. He was stopped by the counter terrorism police en route to the channel tunnel and then arrested when he refused to give them access to his phone.

The reasons they give for stopping him are thus:

“He was stopped by police on 28 July, 2024, using their counter-terrorism powers as he prepared to enter the Channel Tunnel while driving a silver Bentley Bentayga.
Officers from Kent Police said they did so partly because he was driving someone else's car and had not pre-booked his ticket.”

Now I note the use of the word “partly”, there may be more to it that is not in the public domain. But surely to detain someone for driving someone else’s car (perfectly legal with permission/correct insurance) and not buying a ticket in advance (again perfectly legal) seems a gross overreach of police powers and has little to do with terrorism and more to do with harassment because of who he is.

It just looks from the outside like a flimsy attempt to snoop through his phone for dirt/info.

Now he’s in court facing a potential gaol sentence. If he had committed an offence then fair enough, lock him up. But this seems very fishy on the surface at least?

Accessing his phone would compromise those whistle-blowers who had given him info on police cover-ups in grooming gang cases.

The person that stopped him has admitted that he knew who he was and all but admits to that being the reason he detained him.

Whatever your feelings on him as an individual it's overreach and there's too much of it about in daily life. "Born and bred" being the latest phrase to warrant a visit from the OB

Robinson has publically ( but not on main stream media because they're not reporting his comments) stated that the reason that plod want his phone is because there is information on there which could incriminate members of the police forces involved in the grooming gangs , information which was given to him during a meeting with one of the victims.I don't doubt what he's saying but I have to say that why that information is still stored on his phone is certainly suspect, anything as sensitive as that I would think should be transferred onto a hard drive somewhere more secure.

You have to wonder how on Earth it has made it to court in the first place.

It seems like the counter terrorism act is just being used to detain people arbitrarily for any reason. There’s nothing about this that even remotely suggests terrorism. I’ve seen comments online regarding the large amount of cash in his car, if they suspected money laundering or something along those lines they may perhaps have a case.

That would probably make it far easier for the police to gather info on him as a lot of stuff you save on your computer gets sent to the cloud, they wouldn’t need the actual physical device to monitor him. It’s probably the conversations he’s having over encrypted apps like WhatsApp that they are most interested in. They can probably get everything else already.

I heard the judge is allowing Tommy to go to Israel as apparently a guest of the Israeli government before he announces his/her judgement.

External hard drives maybe , files can be deleted from the cloud and if I know that then why did the police demand him hand his phone over ,stranger & stranger.

Found not guilty of a terror offence the judge saying I cannot convict you and can't be sure the police stop had been legal certainly looks like he was stopped for who he is

Turns out Elon Musk paid his legal fees

I see no jury of his peers and a case which seems to have been a set up imo ,so maybe there still remains an impartial justice system.

In this case he should have had his expenses paid for by the misdirected incompetence of the DPP or whoever decided to prosecute. Pathetic, pointless waste of public money & resources. Individuals responsible should named & shamed

As big a bellend as SYL clearly is, it is quite concerning that he is clearly being targeted by the legal system, adding serious fuel to the "two tier" fire.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Yep, there is a lot of embarrassing truth in store and the powers that be don't want it coming out.

Like you say TR isn't everybody's cup of chai but he's a thorn in the side of the carpet brushers and that's why he's maligned and vilified and persecuted...

I remember getting pelters years and years ago on whatever J-net was called back then for pointing out that Nick Griffin and the BNP were ahead of this grooming scandal 20-odd years ago...I'm not endorsing them then or now FFS but they had evidence of genuine criminal rape gang activity that needed investigation..Girls have since continued to be raped and exploited..murdered in some cases

Sometimes the truth is very uncomfortable regardless of the source

A big bellend who has done more than most to shine a light on the grooming gangs, just imagine people had listened to him!

Again it’s not what he says that is the problem. The issue with Robinson is he’s a lifelong petty thug and fraudster who is actively conning his stupid supporters out of cash to fund a luxurious lifestyle. He raised millions to fight the system, fund his legal fees and prove his innocence then immediately pled guilty.

Where on earth did that money go?

Ai

Contempt of court: During a 2018 trial involving a sexual grooming gang, Robinson live-streamed defendants on Facebook from outside the court. This violated a court-ordered reporting restriction put in place to ensure a fair trial.

If court cases collapse the guilty walk free and the fist to the taxpayer are astronomical. What an idiot.
