Listening to a nice old two step funky soul II soul mix from MixCloud on the train in this morning and as I step out of Green Park tube into the brightness this one comes on.....
Think I stuck it up about 100 pages ago.
Have a good day all...
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Cant find this mix on vinyl unfortunately. Its a cracker
Shame - I just MP3 converted it.
Will search out that NuGrooves thing but not got into Spotify (yet)
Can't let the current tournament pass by without a revisit of this absolute classic. 1990 still is, and always will be, God's year for me - proper salad days. I was regaling tales to my team in work this week of what that year means to me.
(Usually go for the Carabineri Mix as it remins me of Jack Daniels in Gran Can but this one was Weatherall at his finest)
C'mon England

Reminds me of my youth, Magnum records backed onto my bedroom so had an early education on Soul & Reggae blasting out in their back yard when they had Blue's parties.

I was never that bothered by Spotify but my two lads had it so a family version was only a couple of quid more. I am pleasantly surprised. That playlist is called Nu Groove, Fourth Floor and classic House. I think it is a defected one, who as we all might know has a QPR fan Simon Dunmore as its owner. Top bloke.

Defected turn out some great stuff and i'm off for a weekend in Croatia for their festival again in August.
Really love the Glitterbox spin off which is just a great mix of soulful house & disco & is Simon's baby. The club nights are great fun, usually at Ministry; great mixed crowd, all ages and persuasions!
Doing my first online radio show tonight. Catch me trying to sound like i know what i'm doing from 7 pm :) Gonna play some old skool progressive House to start with.
