You can tell I don't pay that much attention to Sheff U! That said, they'll get their money back for players like Osborn and Robinson wont they...always a Forest or Boro or West Brom or Derby to pay for players like that? McBurnie and Mousset both regular last season and Rodwell and Morrison both free anyway?

He kind of seems to take the same approach to managing Sheff Utd as Warnock did. Just loads of signings, all the time, always be signing, take a chance on some that others have given up on, and some will be good, and some won't and get moved on quickly. But it's a real wrack and stack operation.

That Anthonee Robinson, the one that nearly went to AC Milan for £10 million is off to Sheff U for £1.5 million. Wigan also lost their potentially brightest prospect Joe Gelhardt to Leeds today. Being stripped for peanuts it seems.
Sheff U make some shrewd signings though, actually last time they wasted good cash on someone who can't get a game is Freeman isnt it?
Worth buying, just for the comedy spelling of Anthony.

Very much so. It's not even that they're dodgy signings either (the ones for a fee at least). I guess rather than destabilise it keeps driving on that established core group he gets the absolute maximum out of.
